The noise from screaming kids next door and slamming doors made it impossible to relax. Not a great experience at all.

The water area impressed. Slides and a floating play area were a hit with the kids. Ping pong and cornhole offered nice alternatives. The playground with treehouses was a delightful touch. the service fell short. An early check-in left us without zoo tickets. The water park experience was marred by disorganization—access issues due to missing passes. The cabin was charming, complete with a lagoon for swimming, but lacking plumbing. Shared facilities mean compromises. Insufficient counter space in the bathroom hindered efficiency. While staff were friendly, communication could improve. Amenities like towels weren't offered when needed, and the room’s musty smell was concerning. The potential is there; it just needs more follow-through.

The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for my family. My son adored the lagoon area and inflatable toys, though the lack of life jackets made me uneasy. The bunk beds were a hit, sturdy and fun for him to climb. The playground and hanging bridges added excitement. there was confusion over kayak availability, and staff responsiveness varied. Our last nights turned loud, with noise disturbances from other guests affecting our sleep. Bird droppings on the picnic table were a bit off-putting. Despite some hiccups, we enjoyed our time here overall.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, providing great rest after busy days. I appreciated the shower's three-product dispenser, which was a refreshing change from tiny bottles. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. noise from slamming doors was bothersome at times, especially during busy nights. The indoor pool was nice, although the chlorine could be overwhelming. The kids loved the extra space, but my toddler felt uneasy with the wet sand in the play area. the room's logistics worked well for our family.

The kids have a blast at the water jump course! The complimentary zoo passes were a big hit and the lagoon for swimming made our family smile.
The indoor pool could use a little cleaning.

This hotel is close to everything you could want for a weekend adventure with attractions like Lost Temple just a short walk away at around 500 meters and the thrilling Ghost Outpost only about 300 meters walk making it super convenient to explore all the fun Wisconsin Dells has to offer while also providing nice amenities like a great pool and clean rooms with comfy beds but it could improve by having clearer room options and availability.

Spacious rooms, clean facilities with an awesome water obstacle park right outside and a relaxing indoor pool providing a perfect blend of fun and leisure for our weekend getaway.

The rooms were super spacious and clean, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds! The lagoon area was a hit with my family—perfect for swimming and catching little fish! Plus, the friendly staff and free zoo tickets made our stay even better!

The kids had a blast with the indoor pool featuring a waterfall and slides. The proximity to nature and entertaining activities like the zoo made it an unforgettable trip.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for the experience.

The place has awesome pools and lagoon inflatables that my kids loved! Everything was super clean and comfy. It’s close to a lot of nearby attractions too. Just wish they had more help at the front desk, I had to chase down a grill for ages. Still, we had a blast!

The pool and hot tub facilities were fantastic, though we faced some noise disturbances from spirited guests. Improved communication and signage regarding ticket distribution and shared accommodations would greatly enhance the experience.

Cabin was clean and the kids loved the playground and lagoon. Bathrooms were not well kept, which was disappointing.

natura treescape resort was a fantastic choice for our family vacation. the natural lagoon was a beautiful and tranquil spot to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. the location was perfect, just across from mt. olympus and within walking distance to shops and attractions. the outside jacuzzi was a favorite, and the kids loved the jungle gym and huge water slide. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. we especially enjoyed the bbq and the s'mores on the fire pit. overall, a great experience for our family, and we are already planning to return next year.

Parqueo gratuito. Apartamento cómodo y equipado. Ubicación cercana a los parques de Disney. Cuna/corral sin costo adicional. Piscinas abiertas hasta las 10pm. Limpieza impecable. Cocina bien equipada. Terraza agradable sorpresa. Personal amable y atento.

Lagoon, 2 pools, hot tubs, free waterpark tickets, zoo tickets, Lava Rocks restaurant.
Felt like at home, no reason to complain.
